I started in the Brigade program when I was in 7th grade at Parma Heights Baptist Church after my family changed churches. Once I graduated from high school in 1988, I was ask to come back and help out as a leader.  I helped as a leader for about 5 years.

I have helped lead or have led a cabin for a week at Ohio Brigade camp almost every year since I graduated high school – whether it was the SCUBA cabin or now Battalion Extreme.
