The Service Module teaches boys why serving others matters to God and how to develop a Christlike attitude of servanthood—beginning in their own homes.
Practical Purpose: Equip boys to understand the heart of servanthood by learning practical ways to serve others, follow Jesus’ example, and put others before themselves.
Boys Will Learn:
That Jesus modeled a life of service and calls His followers to do the same.
Why a servant’s attitude begins in the heart and is practiced first in their own homes.
How serving others builds character, strengthens relationships, and honors God.
Projects:
Practicing simple acts of service through hands-on tasks and small group activities.
Taking part in a final large group Service Project that lets them apply what they’ve learned.
Completing Outpost Adventures Achievements that encourage serving at home and in their community.
Spiritual Goals:
Understand that servanthood reflects the character of Jesus, who came “not to be served but to serve.”
Learn to see opportunities for service as ways to love God and love others.
Develop a lifelong habit of serving with humility, joy, and willingness.
