Regarding the positions/rank:
- Chief Ranger = Head Stockade Leader
- Ranger = Stockade Leaders
- Captain = Head Battalion Leader
- Lieutenant (described in the Senior Leader sub-heading in the training module) = Battalion Leaders

Just saw this in the training (uniform section):
Bonus Awards are optional awards boy scan earn in each rank (one per Blockhouse or Station), worn in two columns of four on the sleeve (Builder on the right, Sentinel on the left).
Is this denoting that bonus bars are to be worn on different sleeves?
If on a single sleeve I’d expect Builder on the Left and Sentinel on the right.

@ardenmusselman – I noted in the trail guides that the bonus bar activities are a min of 2 hours. This is different than the 3 hours notes in the doc in this post.
