Your Brigade History | I started out with Stockade at Feasterville Baptist Church and moved on to the Battalion. I helped my Dad who was on the Haycock Mtn Brigade Camp Committee, riding on his backhoe from Feasterville to Kitnersville, PA almost every Friday to work on camp renovating the farmhouse, building outhouses, tearing down a silo, doing misc masonry, putting in road culverts. I learned how to operate our backhoe better and drive around on the “Beast”! In 2016, Steve Knudsen (had previous experience as a Battalion Leader), one of the Rangers (Clark Tuttle) and I decided after prayer and thought that the boys at Cornerstone Community Church would benefit from a Brigade program. We started with Stockade and expanded to include a Battalion in 2021 after the pandemic and Steve is the Captain. |
