Selecting new Battalion Non-Comm Leaders
We have a great group of young men and quite a few who could do a great job as non-comms this year. I know who we need to serve as sergeant but am curious if you all have any ideas for how to select the rest? How much do we ask and include the young men and how much do we use our adult wisdom and just determine who should be asked to serve as leadership?

I think its hard to focus on this for our group. we have 1 senior and no juniors, and our group has been vastly disconnected from other battalions, sadly. I think this can definitely happen for our sophmore crew tho.
