Hello everyone. I completed registration and invited my leaders to join, but they get an error message saying “Google reCAPTCHA token is missing”

I got a call from someone at CSB a couple days after I registered and he told me I needed to go on the site and add the names of the members, but I can’t find any way on the registration section to Add names at all. All it gives me is the email option.

Any suggestions?

Thank you, MIke, for going through the new registration process. User experience is important in order to fix what needs to be fixed for anyone else who runs into the same questions.

The thing to do is write your question in Support, which is the last category on the column on the left. Open “Get Help”. I’ve gone and submitted your question there in order to facilitate and get it looked at as soon as possible.

Mike! Thank you for posting.

1) reCaptcha

I have been working on fixing this reCaptcha error and am struggling to find the solution. ARE ALL YOUR LEADERS SEEING THIS OR ONLY SOME? The person who implemented this originally is not available right now. So if anyone has any insights that would be great!

2) Names on the invite

You were slightly misinformed. The only piece of information you need to invite your leaders is their email. When they sign up as a member they add their name themselves.

I am having the same issue when on.

It displays an ERROR and after a minute

it opens up

Hey, going to hop in here! Michael I was able to replicate the issue thanks to your description and I believe I found a solution for it. Can you ask one of your leaders to try registering again the same way and see if it works?

I’d be interested in knowing if there are users who are brand new to the site versus one’s that already have user accounts with us, and if there was any difference in the experience.

Hello Mike

My name is Art Brennan. I started in the CSB unit in Rock Creek Kansas in the 1980s

I was a Chief ranger then. I had to work night and changed from doing weekly meetings to going to camps every year.

First was Hidden Lake in Cedar Rapids Iowa 1988 to 2001 Second camp was Camp Kaskitowa in Michigan from 2001 to 2023. We were doing and bringing boys for 2 weeks. They stopped the 2 weeks so I had to find another camp to complete 2 weeks. I went to Camp Nathaeial in Minnesota.

After 2023 Camp Kaskitowa stopped boys week and no more CSB. I continued to do another camp with camp Nat.

I would enjoy fellowship with CSB leadership on a weekly basis if I can contact others online?

  I’m based in Wisconsin and I love Camp Nathanael. We have been going there since we started our CSB programs in 2013.
