LTMs (Leader Team meetings) with young men AND Lieutenants?
Context: We just started our Battalion this year. Our first LTM ended up being all our non-coms plus two really young lieutenants. This ended up being an amazing time of sharing as we did our devotion on Ecclesiastes 4 (2 are better than 1). This sharing probably would not have happened if a bunch of older adults were there.
I want to continue this context for the guys but i also want an LTM context with all the adult and young men for planning and relationship building.
Question: Anyone have suggestions for how to do both without spreading ourselves too thin with too many meetings?

For years now we have done two meetings. This is always the first weekend of each month. Sr. Leaders meet on Saturday morning and the full leadership team meets on Sunday afternoon.
