Practical Purpose: Introduce young men to the evolution, design, and purpose of automobiles while shaping a mindset that their skills and abilities are meant to serve others.
Boys Will Learn:
- How cars have evolved from early horseless carriages to modern vehicles and the key innovations behind that progress.
- The role of creativity, engineering, and problem-solving in meeting real-world needs.
- How historical figures like Henry Ford and others used their gifts to influence industry and society.
- The importance of character traits such as humility, meekness, and service in leadership and life (as emphasized through the Seven Points of Valor).
Projects:
- Build and race model cars while learning teamwork, design, and problem-solving.
- Create visual presentations or timelines exploring the history and innovation of automobiles.
- Participate in hands-on challenges that simulate engineering, design, and mechanical concepts.
