The Brick Building Mission Guide helps boys discover the importance of a strong foundation—both in building and in life—while pointing them to Jesus Christ as the true Cornerstone.
Practical Purpose: Introduce boys to foundational building concepts through hands-on brick construction while helping them understand the importance of building their lives on Christ.
Boys Will Learn:
Basic building principles such as structure, strength, and the importance of a solid foundation.
How design, alignment, and careful planning contribute to stability and success.
That Jesus Christ is the Cornerstone of creation, salvation, the Church, and new life.
Projects:
Build towers, walls, and structures using plastic bricks or handmade mud bricks.
Mix, mold, and test bricks while learning how materials affect strength and durability.
Participate in team-based building challenges that reinforce planning, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Create larger group structures that demonstrate the importance of working together.
Spiritual Goals:
Understand that Jesus is the Cornerstone and foundation for all of life (Acts 4:11–12).
Recognize that a life built on Christ is strong, secure, and lasting.
See how believers are built together into God’s Church with Christ as the foundation.
Develop a desire to build their lives on Jesus rather than on shifting or unstable things.
