We spent a couple weeks learning about rocket design and purchased tubes/wood/nose ones in bulk. Some years we made everything from scratch, tubes/nosecones/engines. That however took a lot of prep and time.</p>

The shirts and jackets were sold into 70&#8217;s and early 80&#8217;s until the material update around 82. I&#8217;ve screened some shirts and hoodies for myself using the vintage design but had to reset the type in order to use our unit number and tag-line. Uniforms add the recognition to those that successfully complete the various segments in the trail books. It helps build enthusiasm.</p>

<p>Since it&#8217;s August we have new road side banners (3&#8217;x3&#8242;), lawn signs and brochures. We have been banned from Facebook advertising (where we receive 1/3 of our boys) so hoping the sign push will help make up for it.</p>
<p>The brochures will be dropped at pizzerias, barbershops, etc.</p>

<p>I’m curous, do you not have have any catholics, mormons, muslims, etc in your CSB unit?&nbsp; Probably 20% of my group is currently catholic and we have had mormon, jewish, muslim boys participate/join in the past pretty regular.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s been my experience that it is easier getting help for Battalion, Tree Climbers (surrogate dad) and then Stockade. CSB unfortunately (at least in my region) has had non-existent leadership training for years and not surprisingly we have lost a good amount of CSB units in that same time period.</p>

<p>The plan was announced and that I clarified and since then no announcement of any change  &#8211; the weekly CSB groups will be &#8220;sunsetted&#8221; and I was told this means they will go away and no longer exist. The original plan was this would happen after a year or two. CSB units wil be expected to become Trail Life.  CSB is&hellip;</p>
